Restful, but a bit inconvenient.
The location of the house was very convenient, and there is plenty of room for families or groups up to 8. We enjoyed our five weeks there except for a few inconveniences.
There was a minor ant problem which was rectified. Leaky bathroom and kitchen faucets needed repair or replacement. In general, issues were dealt with very quickly, but should have been fixed prior to our arrival.
Overall, the house is in need of a major up-date. Walls need minor repairs, and paint. Kitchen cupboards and bathroom vanities are old and worn. Carpets are stained and in need of a professional cleaning. Living room furniture is uncomfortable, broken and needs to be replaced. Appliances are usable, but not fully functional. The stove, range hood, ice maker, and water dispenser were all reported as needing repair, but no one ever came to take care of them. The screen around the pool is torn, or pulled away from the frame in a number of places, allowing small critters and debris in which needs to be skimmed almost every day.
On the plus side, the beds are comfortable, and the water pressure is great. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
