Family Getaway!

Great stay! A family friendly place to stay very quiet and spacious. Everyone enjoyed the screen pool and the Florida sunshine. Our host Dulce helped us with any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely book again when in town. A+

Amazing

Dolce villa was a lovely place to stay. We had a fabulous 28 days stay here with nothing to complain about as it was excellent. The owner was really lovely and friendly who met us and was very courteous towards us and kept in touch all the way through our say which was very nice of her. The villa itself was clean and as it is in all the photos. We do recommend Dolce villa to everyone.

Spotless retreat

Fantastic home and a great location for our needs. Very quiet neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. Absolutely spotless which is always nice. We loved the decor and the added touch of being decorated for the holidays. We will be back for sure.

The property was just as described. This was the perfect house for my wife to celebrate her birthday. The property was very clean, the pool was perfect. The communication with the host was incredible. She was very quick to respond and help with whatever we needed to make our stay better. We will be staying again!

Awesome Stay !!!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was a plus for our kids. We visited The Magic Kingdom and Epcot Center, it was only minutes away. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Walmart and other stores all nearby. Host was easily available. Home was well furnished in every aspect. We would definitely stay again. Thanks, Johnny

Holiday to Orlando

We were very happy with our stay in Orlando. We have stayed in Orlando many times and always love it. The house was ideal for us as it was close to everything we wanted to do. The place was very clean and tidy and everything worked. The only downside for us was the east facing pool as it was always in the shade in the afternoon when we got back from Universal Studios at around 2pm. For the price we paid I would consider the rental to be very good on the whole.

Reconnection trip

Very clean property and as advertised. Excellent communication with Dulce. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Comfortable furniture. Only suggestion would be more ligting around the pool. Pool lights don't work and the bulb near bredroom isn't certain bright.

Wonderful!

This was one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed at. My family and I were there on our annual trip to Disney World. The house was immaculate and everything seemed like it was brand new. Dulce was very easy to communicate with, with questions we had before and during our stay. We will not hesitate to stay there again any time we are back in the area.

Family vacation

Over all was almost perfect. Large room in villa lots space could have been cooler w the AC nice to have a table pool but the heat in the garage was like sauna Small thing were missing not enough toilet paper for the amount of people 6 adults +1 child 2 garbage bags first time w Vrbo but love the rest some criticism is always good

Golf weekend

This is a perfect property for a golfing get away. 4 guys went down in January, and we played 3 excellent courses all within a 10min drive. The home is very clean, exactly as advertised, and very comfortable to cook and stay in. The owner is excellent to communicate with, and the whole experience was smooth. I will definitely return.

This accommodation was great. The host was fantastic. The location was fantastic. The actual house was clean, spacious, and absolutely accommodated the 6 of us (3 adults, 3 kids under 7) without issue. I will absolutely be looking to this host and property again in the future. This was the absolute right call.

Great place to spend our family holiday

We really enjoyed our family holiday in Orlando staying in this Villa. The property was really clean and spacious, plenty of space with a lovely open plan kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great size and plenty of storage. Laundry room is a bonus.We had everything we needed to help make our holiday feel like a home from home. The Villa is in a great location close to lots of amenities and perfect for our family days out. The pool was amazing after a day at the parks. We would definitely stay here again. Very clean rental

This was our 5th stay in Davenport area in 8 years. My family of 6 includes one in a wheel chair. It was by far the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in. Your 20min to Disney and 40 to universal. Lots of shops and restaurants in between to choose from. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stress free stay. Would definitely rent again.

Absolutely Perfect

My family and friends stayed at this villa recently. We were stunned at the cleanliness and condition of the property, it was perfect. Dulce was in touch regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. There was an issue with a shower head when we arrived, which was easily resolved that same evening by the property manager. We will definitely stay here again, as this is the nicest property we’ve ever rented in this area.

A lovely home for a central Florida stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The property is as pictured. It’s a large home and it was very clean and had all the needed amenities. There is a nice pool as well, which unfortunately we could not use due to cool weather during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dinnerware, flatware, glasses etc. Everything, needed for cooking or eating at home was available. We found the location to be great for our purpose. While it’s about 20 min from the theme parks, one advantage is that you can reach Disney world and other parks on back roads rather than face traffic on I-4. This area is not as congested with traffic as closer in locations and we found this to be more relaxing. There are numerous restaurants in the area, so you don’t have to go far to eat out. Some of within 2-3 min of the house. Dulce, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. We definitely would consider renting this property again on return to the Orlando area.

Great Vacation House

The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and location is good. About 1/2 hour from Orlando, 1 hour from Tampa in good traffic. Our Stay included Hurricane "Milton" Said to be strongest storm in that area since 1921, it still was cat 2 storm when it went over us. Crazy strong winds, 8-12 inches rain. Homeowner Dulce checked on us several times and sent nice guy over to secure patio furniture, he gave us few tips. The house held up AMAZING, no power outage or damage. My tips if you find yourself with a hurricane. Don't wait to get anything you think you need. Fuel for car was hardest to find. Always keep full tank. We did ok, [WaWa station 6am morning? ] always watch for stations that had fuel, plan for outage, hope for best. We still had great time at the parks non-storm days. We recommend nearby restaurants Mia pizza and Slim Chicken. A Big Thank you to Homeowner, We would love to come stay again.
