"Honestly could not recommend this hotel enough. The room was spacious enough for my boyfriend and I, and our suitcases. You’re not spending too much time in your room anyway (hopefully). They had comfortable pajamas, plenty of amenities if needed. A coffee station that also had delicious matcha. I also really appreciated I was able to log in to my Netflix account and watch some of my favorite shows while visiting. It was literally across the street from a major station so running around town was super easy. I can’t wait to have another amazing stay when I come back."

"Our family stayed at Oakwood Hotel Oike Kyoto and it was lovely! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and accommodating, overall I would highly recommend anyone coming to Kyoto to stay here! :) I also had a little incident with the hair dryer and I told the staff when I was checking out. I told them to charge it to the room but they were not concerned about that, they asked me if I had burned myself. They were so thoughtful to this clumsy tourist!"
