The hotel itself was amazing, the view incredible, all the “stories” and special touches made us feel apart of the history of this beautiful hotel! Only critique is the bathrobes did not match the prestige quality of the rest of the establishment. "

"It was a great time and stay at Luzerne. The breakfast was good. The staff were nice. Check in was easy and smooth. The elevator wasn't working when I got there and had to walk the stairs to the 6th floor. They fixed the elevator shortlt after. "
