The property was clean. Check in was very easy. You can check in your luggage for free using their lockers (you need 2 euros as a deposit) if your room is not ready. Room was a good size for 2 people. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Bus stop was right outside the hotel, and another one 2 mins away. Grocery and mall beside the hotel, lots of dining options that are easily of walking distance from the hotel.

The pictures do not give justice.

The hotel is actually connected to the Paix hotel. You can either self-check in or you can use hotel Paix for normal check-in. The breakfast is worth the cost, especially considering the cost of food in Lucerne. Rooms are clean. Bed is a little stiff. Location is in walking distance of the train station with a carry on.

Very nice, safe and newly renovated hotel in the middle of farm lands. Clean, modern, nice bed, amazing balcony and views with farms, cows and mountains. We’ve stayed in a superior room with bigger bed, ample space, awesome window blinds and a kitchenette. Very welcoming and helpful staff and free parking. Highly recommended!

The location is really great, walking distance from everything and main locations; a lot of places to eat close by, I will only ask to get improve the rooms, maybe a little make over to make them look more new, besides that everything is great

The room is spacious but a bit old and not very clean, hair found in bathroom, floor and pillow. Not enough sockets and lighting. Receptionists are nice and allow early check-in. However the hair and body wash provided by the hotel were all leaked out from the bottle, making us did not have enough to use. When I called and reported the issue to the staff at night, they just said they had refilled the wash before we moved in and not willing to come to check the problem. I reflected the issue to the receptionist in the next day and the problem was finally solved.

The hotel is old but the price is fair. The location is convenient for eveything. The restaurant Coop and the Lion Monument are just in walking distance. Bus No 1 and 19 are near the hotel which are just a few stops to Luzern train station or walk within 15 mins to the train station and Kapellbrücke.

This hotel is convenient, easily accessible, and the rooms are spacious and clean Although I can’t fault the hotel itself we stayed here in extremely hot weather and there is no air conditioning. The room was like a sauna until 2am even with windows open and it was a real struggle to sleep. I wouldn’t stay again because of the lack of AC and I would not recommend booking this hotel in the summer months
