"The front desk staff was amazing and I really liked the laundry facilities. The location was great! However I expected a lot more in terms of cleanliness for what we paid. The silverware in the room was put away dirty, the bathroom was not clean by my standards and the floors were not cleaned well in the room."

"The hotel is in a very good location to tour Edinburgh. The front desk staff was very helpful, even letting us change rooms when we had an issue. Breakfast was very good and the fitness center was good. We never received the complimentary bottle of wine that was mentioned on Expedia when I booked nor was I offered an upgrade. "
