"We were really pleased with this hotel. Clean, comfy, quiet. Not fancy but everything you need in a stopover convenient to Stansted. The shuttle was also a big plus. It’s. Ice that they include breakfast, tho before 6 it’s pretty spartan. Still grateful for it tho!"

"My room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful for items I needed, such as outlet adaptors (US vs European). Highly recommend for a reasonably priced hotel. Also, just off a tube station so I was able to hop all over the city. "

"Nice hotel, good rooms friendly reception staff.0 A big step up quality wise from Premier iInn Breakfast was okay but large amounts cooked and left in warming trays with lids, unfortunately some of the lid would not close because of the amount of food in them. Leaving food cold. Perhaps consider cooking less, but more often, so food is not sat as long"

"Great stay here at the Best Western. Location was very handy for transport links via tube at Manor House on the Piccadilly line and LT bus. Staff were first class throughout, from reception team to housekeeping. Nothing was too much trouble. Also, the room we had at the rear of the hotel was exceptionally quiet. We would happily come back to this hotel on a future visit."

"Fantastic hotel - one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in, probably ever - it feels brand new even though it's a few years old now. The room was very big with excellent kitchen facilities, the A/C worked perfectly and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was also delicious and had a great range of options - would thoroughly recommend"
