"This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the last 10 years. Easily. Hands down. You will not regret staying here one bit. Its extremely clean, it is VERY quite. The food is great. The executive lounge is excellent. The staff are probably the friendliest and kindest I have EVER seen in a hotel anywhere, and they ALL go above and beyond. Literally the entire staff. You will have zero regrets staying there. "

"There were unreasonable charges for things like not turning in your keys. The property does not appear to have been updated since it's construction and the rooms smelled of smoke. Most importantly some wires plugged into the walls had scorch marks on them and looked like despite the electrical hazard they had been left there a long time."
