"Central venue , great staff "

"We arrived late at night exhausted from a delayed flight into Kelowna airport. The room was clean and fresh and the bed was perfect for our stay. We were so impressed with the staff waiting up for our late arrival and how accommodating they were. This is a gem of a place close to the airport"

"Wonderful stay! We felt like royalty in suite 208, and our dog loved it too. Spacious, cozy and 99% clean (we did find hair stuck to the shower wall that wasn’t ours). Hot tub was fun in the snow, full kitchen was incredible and the bed…so huge and comfortable! Really nice staff and great vibes. We will be back "

"Well - I guess you get what you pay for - the room was not that clean, it needs refurbishing - rust in the bath tub and bathroom sink etc. Even though it was a non smoking room it smelled of cigarette smoke. the reception person was friendly and welcoming. But I would not stay again"
