"施設は非常に良いです。清潔で広く、快適に利用できます。シャワールームとトイレが分かれていて◎。シャワーの水勢もしっかりで、こちらも◎。若干階段が急ですが、許容範囲です。 ただし、オーナーの方と基本連絡が取れにくいです。15時00分〜チェックイン、24時間前から同時刻までに入り方の連絡がメールで来るとのことでしたが無し。サポートからも連絡していていだきましたが、こちらも直ぐに連絡が取れず部屋に入ることができませんでした。結局連絡が来たのが16時16分。結果1時間16分待ちです。また、施設の清掃料金5,000円は当日施設でと書いてありましたが、受け渡し方法など一切無し。清掃に来られた方たちにお会いしましたが、そちらの方々も分からず。(この方たちに落ち度はないものと思います)　この件についてもオーナーに連絡しましたが、現時点(チェックアウトから8時間以上経過)でも反応がありません。施設が過ごしやすかっただけに、本当に勿体ないです。 それと、前回泊まったと思われる方々(外国人)の宿泊者カードがそのまはま置いてありました。個人情報なので扱いがこれだと不安です。"

"とにかく満足でした！子連れでの長期滞在でしたが、家具家電、生活用品全て揃っていて全く困らなかったです。ホストの方の返信も早く、聞きたいことがあってもすぐ聞けましたし、困らなかったです。 スーパー、コンビニ、ドラッグストアなど徒歩圏内に何軒もあるし、商店街も近くにあって買い物にはとても便利でした。 家の前の道が車通りが多く、昼夜問わず車も緊急車両やトラックもよく通っていました。うるさいといえばうるさいけど、常に人通り車通りがあるので夜遅くに出歩いてもさほど心配はなかったです。"

"Cute house within walking distance of bus stops and train stations. Convenience stores, laundromat and restaurants all close by. While there is a washing machine, there is no dryer. You need to hang up clothes to air dry or, in our case, go across the street to laundromat and for 100 yen use the dryer. There was no hot water in the kitchen so we just used the tea kettle to boil water and wash. Beds super comfortable. Wonderful to have 2 toilets that were heated bidets. 2 shower rooms back to...
