"We were in a panoramic king club room. The club room element was really worthwhile. Its a huge hotel but felt much smaller by staying in a club room there are private lifts, breakfast is included in the lounge and there are drinks and snacks throughout the day and evening (including champagne at cocktail hour) so really felt worthwhile. The view is clearly also stupendous. "

"The breakfast buffet was amazing. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location is unbeatable. Just a few minutes walk away from the major train station and subway hub. I loved that there was an underground tunnel that went to the the train station and the government building. "

"This was my first time ever staying at a 4-star hotel in Tokyo, whereas it’s been in my experience as a solo traveler moreover to resort to places where a public onsen is offered on-site and perhaps a gym too, for the amenities. The Metropolitan Hotel Ikeburo was quite a phenomenal hotel for the standardized room size unexpectedly. The room chamber upon entry was greatly spacious with a Japanese double-sized bed with lots of pillows, a built in sitting bank lining the window with overhead lighting and pillows, plus a very heavy round marble coffee table next to it. An oversized TV screen was situated directly over the built in desk with drawers for a coffee maker and mini-fridge to either side. The architectural interior design was aesthetically a French-inspired curvilinear wood and canopy woodworking throughout the room’s layout. Replete in deep teals, greys, and lighter greyed wood features. The bathroom was medium sized, larger than many smaller hotel units designed for single occupancy. With a clothes closet next to the bedside. Pros: ‘Great’ for one person. Cons: Not enough space for luggage, especially between two travelers occupying the same room. Hotel amenities such as a full sized gym was highly exceptional for athletes of all ages. However, the pool too small for most any visitor there at the hotel, only being a 25-meter two lanes 4-5 foot deep swimming run. Not very amenable with the number of individuals allowed at any given moment on the spot. No Onsen "

"Stayed in the Marin Deluxe Quintuple room. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Free amenities room where you can get toothbrush, hairbrush, cotton pads, and bath towels. Different type washer where you don’t have to add detergent. Dryer took a long time to dry. Loved the shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea so convenient and on time."
