"Large clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Only valet parking which was $50/night. The day valet was slightly rude because he was alone taking care of many guests checking out. "
"The check in was easy, the room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, lovely bathroom and bath products. My partner said 'that was probably the most amazing spa experience I’ve ever had (& I’m a spa junkie lol!) INCREDIBLE from the customer service to the treatments. The pool is lovely and a great resort like experience in the Berkeley/Oakland area. Wonderful on every level."
"Super nice location for Berkley visits and more. The hotel is nice but older, the staff is wonderful and cookies are super good. We had breakfast in the morning and the service was excellent and very quick. This is a great place for a weekend getaway and maybe if you have a marina boat tour.
NOTE: Why I didn't give this property full score, is because they add $45 per night just to park your car. This is extension at the highest. This will always be a black eye on this location in my opinion."
