"When we arrived they had lost our booking. I could not get through the security gate but snuck in behind another car, looking for help. A man did approach us and helped us. I never caught his name he did not introduce himself. My wife was recovering from surgery and the 45 odd minutes it took to confirm the booking greatly affected her, having to sit in the car whilst that was being sorted out. "No instructions for keys to cottage stove was smashed and a camp hotplate was our only cooking element air con was turned off on the unit which was very high on wall and was exceptionally hard to turn off fireplace was boarded up And that was one of the main attractions to the house. Only 4 chairs at a 6 seater table and one had a broken leg show in onsite wouldn’t stay up I had to hold it while’s trying to shower.
