The hotel must have been a beautiful five stars hotel 20 years ago! However, I still think they have done a great job maintaining it! The rooms were bigger than most hotel rooms I've stayed in, very spacious and well designed. The pools are big and beautiful! The staff were super friendly and helpful! I would definitely come here again,!

Very courteous and helpful staff, good size rooms and super breakfast options. Pool area was clean and plenty of loungers & chairs to accommodate guests. Free shuttle bus to private beach a welcome bonus. Excellent location for Nusa Dua shops & restaurants. Would highly recommend if you are after a more "local" style hotel compared to the big corporate hotel chains.

There are many hotels in the area that tastes of Western capital, but the friendly and dedicated staff, the homely atmosphere that reminded me of home even though I was in a foreign country, the delicious food and the wonderful smiles of the staff were impressive. This is a real Balinese resort, different from other resort hotels. If I go to Bali, I won't stay anywhere else. Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel! Terima kasih!

Absolutely great and Dailey transport to the private beach area was a fantastic bonus we did not know about. If returning to Nusa Dua would go to same hotel. Staff were amazing.

Wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are beautiful and friendly. Our room was lovely and big and very comfortable, we got upgraded to a pool access room which made our stay extra special. The pool was beautiful! The restaurant was good, very nice food. Hotel location was great, 5 mins to lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel has a free shuttle to the Bali collection shopping area as well as their private beach resort. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you Grand Bali 🙏🙏❤️❤️

We have stayed at this hotel before and again are expectations were met and more. We got an upgraded room on arrival. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are lovely and it was quiet. We used the shuttle bus to Bali Collection and the beach club . The beach club beach was clean . We will definitely be returning
