SUCH A GORGEOUS LOCATION!!! This is one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever seen. There is so much beautiful art, and lush greenery. It's so large and spacious, with a lovely waterfall pool and koi ponds throughout the property. Our room was SO BIG and had a private waterfall pool in the back. The staff here is second to none as well. It was my wife's birthday, and the staff (without prompting) came to the room with a cake and surprised my wife and sang her happy birthday. They made everything so special for us. Another BIG PERK of this facility is a nice fitness center. This is a big plus above many other locations, for those who want to maintain their routine while on vacation. This spa here is also amazing. My wife and I had a wonderful couples massage before leaving. We would 100% stay at this location again, and recommend it to EVERYONE.

Пожалуй, лучший отель, в котором мы когда-либо останавливались. Номера огромные, просторные, чистые и в прекрасном состоянии. Великолепный спа, потрясающее обслуживание - все, что вам нужно, будет через 2, максимум 3 минуты. Завтрак вкусный, никаких толп. Идеальное место для уединенного отдыха. Круглосуточный спортзал, чистый и удобный бассейн. Мы останавливались в номере с двумя кроватями, у которых нет своего бассейна. Отель не имеет выхода к пляжу, но это и не было нужно. Если очень хочется, можно выйти через соседние отели. Обработка против комаров (с 16 до 17) была абсолютно незаметной.

チェックイン時、定刻の14:00を過ぎているのに待てと言われ、結局14:30まで待たされました。理由は、前の客が出るのが遅かったらとのこと。そもそもチェックアウトは12:00なのだからその時に前泊のお客に電話すればいいはずなのに、我々がホテルに到着した13:30に初めて電話した様子だった。それでは掃除は間に合わないのは当然では？ 高いお金を払ってるのに、なんのお詫びもなし。がっかりです。

We stayed a week in Awarta, as a family of 4 in their Premier Deluxe Family Suite. Loved the place, the room was huge, comfy beds, fantastic service. Amazing breakfast - set breakfast or a la carte with incredible choices! Two minor things to consider - the hotel does not have access to the beach, however the nearby Manarai Beach Club is very good and a walking distance. Also, the food in the hotel restaurant is pricey.

The absolute definition of boutique luxury. Everything about this hotel is perfect. This was our third stay with them and will be back again. Stayed in a private pool suite and the pool was surprisingly large. Free minibar, amazing breakfast, free car to location destinations, and the staff are so friendly.

This is the property that I honestly considered to be the best one I stayed with in 2019. What I appreciated was the details which the resort had put in effort, like the free mini bar, warm welcome from the butler with very helpful info of the room and the facilities, kind assistance while I was waiting for my friend, etc. And the private pool in the suite which was awesome.

Terrible last shot

Last day! An experience never seen anywhere else in the world. First. many bugs came out of Welcome Fruit. There are a lot of them. snake fruit?!! Second. We leave the luggage for a while after check out to the AWARTA.

The staff was attentive and helpful, but that's about it - the price point was way too high for what was offered. I do not recommend staying here. One thing I learned about Nusa Dua is how important it is to be directly on the beach. I cannot fault the hotel for their location and I was fully aware it was not located beachfront. When booking, I didn't think it would be a huge issue as the hotel offered transportation, but the reality was there were rarely drivers available. When the drivers were available, they did not show up at the agreed upon pick-up time. This wasn't a huge deal, but I found it frustrating as the Awarta is priced similarly to the hotels directly on the beach. In addition, the facilities were dated and the food was poor. Caution: You cannot cancel reservations at the Awarta. I purchased the Expedia Travel Guard policy that was said to cover 100% Trip Cost in the event of a cancellation, but when I requested to cancel 2+ months prior they denied my request. I tried going through Expedia and the hotel directly, still denied. Looking back, I wish I had ate the cost and stayed somewhere else. Again, the price point was way too high for what was offered. Don't make the mistake I did, stay elsewhere!
