I was there for a conference. 5min taxi ride for around 10-20k IDR.
Clean and basic. Breakfast was good.
Similar to IBIS level. I woukd recommend for price.
During conferences, this hotel is mainly used for policy and army personell; rowdy and loud boys who are sure to keep you awake at night! The wi-fi only reaches the second floor, so it's either quiet or connected. Rooms have much mould, smell of rot&decay, and (you won't believe this) the roof fell in just in front of the elevator which was blocked. In my room (but not my daughther's) the AC only worked for around 20 minutes at a time, then the fuse would go, I would reset it and then have 20 minutes again. The remote for the tv didn't work, but it didn't matter much, the channels were too blurry to watch. Positive: Friendly staff (though they couldn't do much about the above) and a nice pool (though if you are a girl/woman, prepare for soldiers staring and commenting if you go for a swim).
It’s a good basic hotel, Breakfast is included which is always a bonus and was well presented - a convienience store over the road was helpful.
Bright and breezy open plan concept - rooms are smallish but practical - bathroom was old but functional - no shower curtain so water goes all over the place.
Friendly staff but same breakfast over time. Wet bathroom. They should have shower curtain. Nice pool and hope they can get rid of the unpleasant smell on the other end
Excellent staff..Friendly and always in action.
Breakfast - Authentic Indonesian food that you would simply love. New things everyday.
Pool - Nice and good sized
Rooms - Every room has a small balcony. No ocean view or street view but still gives you fresh air.
Rooms - overall good. The AC in my room was very noisy. The staff takes care of it real quick.
Location - The hotel is in a small busy street that won't make a good impression but jUST a 10 minute walk and you find yourself in Nusa Dua near Bali collection or the Tanjung Benoa road.
Very good hotel if you are a budget traveller but still want some good quality.
Good location - in a bust street but you walk 5 minutes and you find yourself near fhe , walk 10 minutes and you reach Bali Collection. Amazing Indonesian style breakfast, the best staff I have ever seen - friendly, responsive and quick. Overall - A wonderful place. Thumbs up

Poor service
Staff spoke very poor English, hard to ask questions or get info. At 3am a huge group of young ppl came into the hotel and make a lot of noise until about 6am nothing was really done about it
Room is cleaned every day. No kettle in the room for boiling water.

Handy to everything I needed to do
The staff were very friendly & attentive as much as they could be. They spoke very little English & we didn't know enough Bahasa to ask questions & have them answered. In saying that, we were always greeted with smiles at any time of the day & night. Everywhere was kept very clean and the staff came across as being very happy to work there which speaks for itself in how well they all worked. I am looking at returning next year & would certainly stay there again then.

Value for money
It was a great stay ! Simple hotel wz a swimming pool but definitely value for money. Will book again.
There was no soundproofing at all which lead to four nights of about 2 hours sleep due to noisy neighbours calling out to each other in the hallways, knocking on doors and running up and down them. They only stopped when I personally asked them, at 4am, to be quiet. Hotel staff did nothing.
Breakfast was minimal and facilities, eg. Toaster, were broken minimising options further.
Staff were noisy when cleaning the rooms which wasn't appreciated after nights of little sleep.
The safe didn't work when we arrived and had to have that fixed but due to lack of English, was a trying task to request as was asking the receptionist to call a taxi for us.
When we asked for a taxi, we said that we only wanted Blue Bird since they have a meter but they didn't call Blue Bird leaving us with taxi's with no meters and estimation of prices. This happened twice.
The street also flooded every time it rained, which was every day during my stay. Whether it was a short shower or heavy rain is irrelevant, you'll be ankle deep trying to get back to the room regardless.
The toilet leaked and the taps dripped, also not looked at during our stay.
Cheap place but expensive for the type of place it is.

You get what you pay for
I thought this hotel would be a bargain, but was disappointed. I don't mind tiny rooms or no-frills budget lodging, but I did expect my room to be clean. Sadly, the shower curtain was moldy, the duvet was stained, the towels were dingy, there were cobwebs and dirt smeared on the wall, and dust bunnies on the floor. The balcony door didn't close all the way, so mosquitoes got inside.
The breakfast buffet was ok -- not great, but edible. Wifi was satisfactory. The pool was basic--fine for swimming.
Also, on the map it looked like this hotel is right next to the convention center. Unfortunately, the back of the property abuts the back of the convention center, so you have to walk around the block to get to the entrance. It's not too far, though with a lack of sidewalks you have to dodge motorbikes in the street to get there. Add the hot and humid weather and it's better to take a taxi.
Decent place and an excellent bargain for the money. The overall neighbourhood is so so but 200 m and you are on a major road and find transport to go places.
The wifi was free but the signal was weak. The router was in the main lobby and even though my room was next to it, the signal came and went unless you kept the door open. They had initially assigned me a room on the fifth floor and there was zero signal there.
