Bed linen included + made beds and bed linen included. Ski the Féclaz/Savoie-Grand-Revard 36 km, Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse/le Planolet 37 km, 40 km, the Desert of Entremont 42 km Granier. The Ruchere 31 km cross-country skiing. Swim & beach at 200 m (lac d'aiguebelette). Swimming pool 14 km. Golf course 25 km. Shops 4.5 km. Exit motorway 1 km. Total floor area: 20 m² (attic parts included). Small contemporary style chalet, spirit \"cabanon scandinave\", located at 200 m of Lake aiguebelette & the beach. " Residential hamlet quiet overlooking the Lake nestled in the heart of the front country Savoyard 17 km from Chambéry (motorway 1 km). South-Eastern hillside. Very good comfort.
