It truly feels like a peaceful mountain escape. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had the best experience. It’s also incredibly kid-friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free as a family. We loved everything about this resort — the amenities, the atmosphere, and the overall sense of relaxation it provided. Cloudland exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to return. "The cabin was clean and staff was very nice. We had a unit which the thermostat wasn't working. "Danny" was on it and when couldn't get it to work, quickly got us into the cabin right next door. All worked out and very much enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a great stay! Check in was easy and Makayla has a wonderful personality! The whole staff was warm and welcoming as well. Breakfast was delicious, had a decent variety of food. The hotel was clean and spacious. Our room was so quiet and the mattress was comfy. The elevator lights need to be fixed on one elevator and a blue light was blinking on the heater all night. Those were the only negatives I had. I would definitely recommend this place!"
