Check in was a breeze, front staff was fantastic the entire stay. Breakfast plentiful and good. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating, especially since we travel with our two small doxies. Pet relief area was kept clean and bags available at two spots. Best location in Blue Ridge. We will definitely return

Always our option for travel to blue ridge as it’s close to everything, safe, clean, and consistent. Parking is also easy. The rooftop bar area is nice and their breakfast has a variety of options.

The room was very clean and comfortable, great sleep each night. The breakfast food was good, the woman taking care of breakfast was so sweet and took care of supplying food and beverage. Did not get her name but great smile, short hair.

We had several recommendations for the hotel and the "excellent" breakfast. Eggs were good, potatoes were tasty but overcooked and barely warm. Those chicken sausage patties didn't look like anyone should eat them. As for our room, the toilet was not clean - looked like mold at the water line. The staff at the front desk were great. All that we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was conveniently located in town. Very updated decor. Room was clean and cozy but we both found the king size bed to be a bit too firm for our comfort. The bar was a bit disorganized. Did not have breakfast there but they did have very good hot coffee.
