Holiday Homes in Northern Territory

"I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am....."

"Kitchen cupboard door broken, water went everywhere when we showered. Main bedroom shower door doesn’t shut. Dust on outdoor furniture Quiet neighbourhood, close to everything, accommodated everyone well "

"4 day fishing trip with friends, ideal location and facilities close to beach and resturant. Property clean and functional ideal for fishing trip with mates. Probably won't bring my wife or kids as the accomodation was clean but basic. Down side... it had no BBQ. "
