"My stay at Cross Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location is fantastic, making it incredibly easy to explore Osaka and walk to many of the city’s main attractions. The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable and amazing, and having a jacuzzi in the room was such a great touch. The breakfast was simply spectacular, with a great variety and excellent quality. Overall, it was an incredible experience. A fantastic hotel that I would definitely recommend and would happily stay at again!"
