"Took us a while to find the entrance to the hotel lobby. We had to enter the mall and used the escalator to the 4th floor. It was tucked away in a small section toward the edge of the building. The room was decent. Breakfast was free for guests. I wish I had time to use their gym. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay."

"Location amazing, directly connected to Raffles City, City Hall MRT - rooms were comfortable but beds not quite a double (for 4 pax). Check in doesn’t feel personalised - computer monitors all facing outwards, bit noisy - lots happening in the lobby/reception area. Not enough sitting/lounging space. Otherwise would recommend for a short city stay."
