"After leaving a deplorable hotel the hometown inn by red roof after arrival we made reservations for this hotel because we were staying from Friday to Sunday for a concert and it was close to the JMA wireless dome. Upon arrival we explained to the staff what had happened with the other hotel and we checked in. "When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...
