"The hotel was located just a block or so away from the core shopping and site-seeing district. It was very close to the River Ness. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a meal and drinks from the restaurant one evening after a day of sight-seeing. The food and drinks were very good. Overall, a very easy and pleasant experience from start to end."

"Extremely small room without enough space to fully open a suitcase, staff were very friendly but seemed limited by the availability of food in the restaurant both at dinner and breakfast. Cleanliness was ok, parking excellent but without a car or his property would be too far from anything. Overall this place was good for a historic hotel. "

"Unique property outside of Inverness. We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were clean and updated. The history of the property is very interesting. We loved the pub on site and went each night for a drink. We preferred the pub food to the dining room food as we prefer more basic, pub type fare. Would definitely stay again if we travel to the area. "
