Best Western in North Island from AU$121

This is the second time I stayed here and I will definitely return. The views of the harbor are unparalleled. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the more popular cultural sites. Definitely a keeper.

On arrival from the cruise dock, we expected to have to store our luggage till check in. Our room was already available, which was great. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was a bit too soft for my husband. This was rectified within hours of him mentioning it. The restaurant was great and staff throughout the property were courteous and helpful. Our only issue was the touch pad controlling lights, aircon and window blinds. Maybe our age was the problem, as we found ourselves...

Great, compaq hotel, amenties all very good. Wifi code issuing etc a bit archaic ... need to just make there and avaliable seemlessly, this is 2026.

This is my new favorite place to stay when I meed to be in the CBD, its convenient, parking next next, clean, reasonably priced and the staff are lovely.

The hotel itself was absolutely lovely and very comfortable. Just be aware that there are extensive roadworks in Auckland and Uber drivers may feel uncomfortable driving directly to the hotel.

Lovely new hotel centrally located in Auckland CBD. Nice views of the harbour and well appointed room with a super comfy bed. Nice welcome on arrival from Jameica on the front desk and great service from Thea in the Hotel Restuarant. Excellent food ,good portions and obviously cooked by a chef as opposed to a Cook. We’ve tried a number of Auckland CBD hotels and this one is our go - to.

Hotel and most especially the staff are wonderful!

Right from check-in, we were treated so well. The corner suite was beautiful, all the furnishings were comfortable & it had a lovely new feel. Our only disappointment was that the suites overlooking the viaduct were all booked, so ours looked towards Sky Tower over the marina. The shower was absolute heaven, as was the bath. Took my wife away for a birthday long weekend. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff. Check in was quick and efficient. Our room, on the 2nd floor was beautifully appointed, spacious and had all the thing needed to make it home from home, including a nespresso machine and a well stocked mini bar. We had 2 nights in June at the motel. The Art Deco detail was lovely , our room was beautiful with a mix of original and reproduction pieces.We found the attached resterant and surrounding shops were fantastic.

This has become my regular Hotel during my bi-annual trip to Auckland. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. I love the location and the dining options, which are close to Britomart. My only minor complaint is that I request a room overlooking Beach Rd however I am always directed to the back of the Hotel overlooking ugly buildings. But overall this is a good Hotel in a prime location.

We enjoyed the pool and spa. A real treat even in November. Great cooked breakfast and associated options. Will certainly come again. benefited from the special room rate of $104. Thank you.
