"Clearly had been an impressive building with great facilities. Needs a massive update and refresh. Who has carpet in a bathroom, especially a hotel? (which had marks/stains throughout the room). Noisy room (7) which was over bar, made worse by dishwashing glasses at 2.00am! Breakfast was average, overcooked sausages, as an example. Over-priced for what it offers as accommodation. Could be brilliant, but needs work to clean the rooms, woyld be a start! Sorry."
