"Our family chose this location for exploring the area in early August. We headed out in a different direction each day and it worked well. We found groceries and more within an easy driving distance in the town of Houghton and mapped out our path of exploration each night before heading out the next morning. The host was helpful upon arrival and gracious during our stay. We felt right at home in this beautifully renovated church! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with things we might need, and the shared community room with a washer & dryer was perfect for our needs after a long day of being out & about. This is set up as a duplex with a wide hallway running between the two residences, which we found to be a comfortable arrangement. Thanks, Tom, for making this gem available!
