Carla was super nice and accommodating of our delayed check in, and even provided a map of local foods with recommendations! The room was super clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of Lake Superior right outside our door. 10/10 would stay again.

Very convenientā€¦ maybe there would be little problem but you can see Carla works hard to run a nice experienceā€¦ I booked very late but get the hotel and check in instructions and get in easily upon arrival after 11pmā€¦ thanks you Carla I will call you later when I have time

Old, slanted floor, old chairs with no support from the 1950ā€™s. Rooms were extremely small. Bathroom window was chained open for ventilation in the bathtub/shower. No electric plugs in bathroom. Extremely small mirror in bathroom. Not at all worthy of the $170 charge.

Beautiful scenery around the hotel, but not much else within walking distance. Carla was very friendly and helpful in finding local restaurants. The room was ok with a 1980's hotel feel. The only significant downside was that that internet and wifi transmitters were terrible, it would only stay connected for about 3 minutes before kicking me off ,and during that time the Internet speed was equivalent to dial up, making it unusable.
