"It was a very good accommodation experience for me and my family. The area is lively, and it's close to popular attractions and restaurants. The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and responsible. My grandmother has a sensitive stomach and can only drink hot water, and the staff specially provided us with a kettle, which was fantastic!"

"The property and room were great! Self parking was a bit of an adventure. Based on previous reviews we expected it to be less than clear, however once you do your homework on the website, you go to the crown plaza and self park. There were signs designating the parking at the crowne plaza as also applying to the Sheraton so we were fairly confident we dod it right. Also learned from the previous review we read, bring your parking ticket to the check in desk and have your license plate number at the ready. Suprisingly the parking ticket DOES list your license plate and uses that electronically to verify every time you go in and out. That was great! You didnt need to input your ticket every time you left or returned! It read your plate and the gate would automatically open when you left or arrived! Great improvement! Also, go to the UL level on the elevator once parked and you can walk from the crowne plaza, thru to the niagra casino lobby past the subway sandwhich joint and hard rock cafe into the sheraton. Go past the mini golf and the elevator entrance is on the left! We used this path everyday to get to the car, the casino and the game room! I didnt notice any area that was uncomfortable temp wise, and if you have rolling luggage there was always a way to roll it the entire way. Also would be great for somone in a wheel chair! Follow what i said and you will be fine! If you also bring the kitchen sink, maybe valet parking is more your speed!"
