"We didn't know that we need a credit card to check in. We don't have one. We drove from Woodstock we were about to leave untill the lady said she would wave the fee. So we stayed had a good time. Love the tub the best jets are amazing. "

"The rooms need some maintenance and are starting to show their age, especially the bathrooms. Also when we went to the waterpark someone had thrown up on the stairs to the rapids waterslide in 2 spots, we were in line for half an hour and it was never cleaned up. I let them know when we got to the top and when we went back an hour later it was still there not cleaned up at all."

"Parking is at least a 5min walk away, and requires a $50 charge for self park or $70 for valet. Nothing special about the hotel and Starbucks costs at least 3x what it does anywhere else. They will rip you off! "
