"Service was below business hotel standard, with high price. Barely the minimum services in term of drink in the room and accessories for the bathroom. Bed not make for next day, and number of towel reduced from previous night. To avoid."

"The staff is always ready to help you through email or phone, and will go far and beyond to help you out (sadly, something that is not so common anymore). The apartment is clean, spacious, and neat. We were in two adults and two dogs, and the apartment had enough space for all of us. The beds and ..."

"Really nice stay! Room was spacious and really nice for the price. Open spaced with a big bed and a nice view of the outside and mountains, but private enough behind some trees. Not too far from Nikko centre, easy to walk down the hill and enjoy. Staff were really nice and accommodating to me and ..."

"Really nice stay! Room was spacious and really nice for the price. Open spaced with a big bed and a nice view of the outside and mountains, but private enough behind some trees. Not too far from Nikko centre, easy to walk down the hill and enjoy. Staff were really nice and accommodating to me and my partner. They recommended some nice places to eat. Gurumans Wagyu restaurant about 10 minutes away from the hotel is a must.
The hotel lounge area had some nice simple food to buy (IC card/Pay Apps only) and also a communal microwave and grill for personal meals.
Washing facilities were nice and cheap too.
Overall, so happy with the room, service and facilities. Will be staying again! "

"This is a lovely little hotel close to the main sightseeing sights of Nikko. The room was basic but clean and warm. The onsen bath was so convenient. They were really helpful by directing me to places and lending me a charger. Unfortunately though they weren’t able to provide a vegan breakfast which would involve providing soya milk instead of cow’s milk and tofu instead of egg, which should be easy in Japan. Thus should be offered if it wants to be considered as an eco hotel. "
"The hotel locates next to the suspension bridge, restaurants, and small shops. The building and rooms are dated but have renovated the bathrooms and tatami matts. The buffet dinner, buffet breakfast, and all-you-can drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) are a must. We enjoyed them. The foods were delicious, lots of options, and well prepared. There are drinks for everyone’s needs. The internet speed was fast throughout our room. The gentleman at the reception speaks English perfectly and is friendly. We definitely come back again."

"The hotel is located in a very good spot.
There are sightseeing places within a walking distance, as well as convenient stores.
The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was very big and pleasant to stay at, with a very beautiful view of the town and the mountains. There was a bath, shower and a toilet near the room entrance, separated from the sleeping area. The mattresses were very comfortable to sleep on. They also have an option to use a private outdoor hot spring, which is very nice if you stay with your significant other. Although the private outdoor hot spring was for additional price, it was still a nice option to have. If you don't want to use this option, they also have a free of extra charge common hot springs.
I definitely recommend staying at this hotel."
