"スタッフの方々のサービスはとても親切で良かったと思います。 館内も癒されるもので溢れていて居心地も良かったです。 お食事は盛り付けも綺麗ですし 演出も最高なのですが量、質が満足出来た感じではありませんでした。 山形県産米を使っていたのですがお家で炊いたご飯の方がツヤ感ももち感も上でした。県産米が生かされていなくて残念です。 せっかくの素敵な旅館なので お食事のグレードはもっとＵＰしても良いと思います。"

"ウェルカムコーヒーがうれしいです。 チェックアウトで部屋を出るとき、他の部屋を清掃していたスタッフの方にも明るい挨拶をしていただき、気持ちよく１日を過ごすことができました。 部屋のシャワールームにあるシャンプー・コンディショナーが香りよく、髪もつやつやになりました。"

"The double bunk bed room is really small. The onsen water was lukewarm at best, it was definitely not 40 degree celsius as claimed by the front desk staff. Breakfast buffet selection was inadequate."

"和風モダンの部屋だったのですが畳の上にベッド置いただけでベッドも小さくあまり寝られなかった。風呂はいいのですが、値段に合っていないと思いました。食事は普通に美味しいです。"
