"The first night we arrived I as shocked about the $50 parking fee and additional fees to stay at the hotel, totaling over $75, plus a $100 room deposit fee. The free coffee was awful, I wish they had free breakfast. The next night the fees were explained better by the staff. The hotel is in a great location close to the falls, a walkway and quiet , it's a 15 min walk to the main road with attractions and rides. Overall a positive experience, but I did not expect the extra fees when we arrived and that was the main down side."

"The hotel was good overall, but the view was absolutely amazing! We stayed on the 21st floor in Room 2107, and the view of Niagara Falls was definitely the highlight of our stay. Waking up and being able to look out at the Falls from that high up was beautiful and made the experience feel very special. The room and hotel itself were fine, but I would say the Fallsview is what really makes this property worth staying at. If you book here, I highly recommend requesting a high floor with a Fallsview. Our view from the 21st floor was unforgettable."
