"The staff are liars and shifty 3 different staff members saying 3 different things My room has a big hole on the wall that can fit 3 people at the same time. This hole was hidden by the closet, until the heavy rain last night and I couldn’t sleep So I moved the closet and I was shocked that they would put a hotel guest in such a room that should have been closed off It was terrible"

"I really appreciate the host. She communicates extremely well with the check-in instruction. I accidentally book the wrong hotel location, but she was able to switch me to location I wanted. She was very friendly and flexible. The room she got me was really small, but she warned me several times about it. It was clean, quiet, and walking distance to Bui Vien. Highly recommend staying here again, but would get a bigger room. "

"When I arrived at the location, I noticed a rolling gate was closed, so I had to call the property owner to inquire how to check in. They informed me that the nearest worker would be approximately 20-30 minutes away to check me in. Mind you, it's 36 degrees Celsius and muggy. There is no way I'm willing to wait to be checked in. I had to book elsewhere and file a transaction dispute with my credit card. Terrible experience. "
