Great service. Arrived in Vietnam for the first time they booked a cab at the airport for me to bring me to the hotel. Excellent service while I was there I had lots of questions about the city and they answered them. Staff are very helpful.

Beware, the rooms do not look like the picture advertised. The room I was given was, small, dirty and smelt like cigarette smoke. I have travelled for three weeks in Vietnam paying the same amount as this place and the other rooms were 100 x better. One thing this place did have going for it was the shower didn’t leak all over the bathroom and the water was hot. Also in close location to everything. So depends what you are looking for but I wouldn’t book here again.

Liked: staff was great and responsive. Close and walkable to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Cost efficient. Disliked: some of the rooms weren't up to my standards - smelling of mold, saw a mouse, tiny ants/insects by sinks, and upkeep of rooms were not good. Motel in USA standards.

Not what I expected based on booking description

Place was not what I expected for being labelled “luxury”. There was only one bed and a mat that was in the closet when we had booked a room with a bed and futon and pull out couch. Was not sufficient for my family. The bathroom was gross, with poor hardware and finishes. Also had small bugs crawling around kitchen area and when I went to use the bathroom the one night, saw a mouse. Was very disappointed. We checked out after one of our 5 nights. Staff was nice though

We reserved a deluxe studio that supposed to have a futon sofa bed and a regular large bed but maybe because we came in late due to flight delays (around 1 AM), we got put into a tiny room with 1 bed and host laid down a basic fabric blanket on the floor in substitution of the 'futon sofa bed' which at first I accepted because we came in quite late. Worst yet, that fabric blankets and the pillow has a super strong urine smells that stink up the entire room, couple with the smell of smokes coming through the front door (which supposed to be smoking free space) which kepts me up all night and I had to use the tower to stuff and block the footing of the front door to stop the smokes coming in from outside. There was a tiny kitchen sink in the room which was not clean and there was no sink in the bathroom so we had to use the dirty tiny kitchen sink to blush teeth and other personal hygiene needs. We would have left immediately if I had an option or if it was not passed midnight but because my 2 small kids, we stayed and suffered and I was traumatized by that urine smells for the next few days. There was cracked on the bathroom door and the room was not clean. Because I could not sleep due to the horrible urine + smoking smells, I could hear the peeing sound and toilet flushing sound, along with footsteps and all other weird noises people made around the property. Worst experience I had my entire life. Will never go the inexpensive route again ever!
