"I was in Japan in late February-early March. The room was very clean, I couldn't get the portable humidifier going but failed to report it, The air conditioning did not seem to do much, but the window in my room opened and that was wonderful. Staff was efficient, helpful, and attentive."

A bit of a walk from the Metro station that connects to central stations like Tokyo and Ginza but the area is very quiet, located in a residential area on a street lined with shops that seem to be frequented by locals. Lots of small restaurants with a lot of character. Loved the area!"

It was also spotlessly clean and quiet.
The main positive of this hotel are the staff. Every staff member is very friendly, polite and helpful.
