"Dont stay here. Listen to the bad reviews. The good reviews must be faked. The room looked nothing like the photos. I booked an updated looking room with a balcony. We showed up and we were the only people staying at the place. I felt nervous parking the truck in the parking lot. The room was old and musty. We were the only guests so you'd think they would put us in a nice room if they had one. I think the photos of the updated rooms are fake."

"We checked in in the evening. Evening staff had excellent customer service. He gave us a goodie bag. That was an unexpected bonus! When we checked out in the morning, day staff was excellent as well! The place was clean. We would definitely stay again!"

"This hotel is using Ai driven security software using in room sensors to monitor guest behavior which was extremely annoying. High pitch frequencies ranging from 5 hz up to a peak of 22000hz was noticed, felt extremely uncomfortable,nauseating and was woken up constantly. I aksed the manager Warren to look into and was td to take my medicine. He had no regard for my concerns and has no apparent knowledge or concerns of any BC regulations. "

"This place was perfect for my husband and I for 4 nights. Parking in their driveway on a quiet street. Keypad entrance into the suite. Close enough drive to various shopping areas.The bed is only a double, so it felt a little tight, but comfy enough.A small amount of noise from the family upstairs, but nothing concerning.We would stay again if in the area."

"Our stay was good overall! Place was clean, host was easy to chat with. Only issue is the noise. The place is not sound proof and you can hear everything upstairs. Kids running around and some vacuuming late at night which is too bad and noise early in the morning. No other complaints though as the place was clean, a good central location for Surrey wedding venues, and it was affordable. "
