Ok for an overnight stay if you are happy with basic and the location suits your needs. Check in staff were helpful re my mobility issues. The room was small but had all the essentials including microwave and fridge. It is close to a busy road so there was road noise.

Good value, room was clean and showed signs up updates over time. Beds were all hard as rocks and there was no shampoo etc for the bathroom other than a bar of soap, but beyond that it was decent for the price

Our room wreaked of cigarette smoke and had numerous smoke stains, holes, and burns on bed sheets, blankets, and carpet. Will never recommend anyone. We asked to change rooms after 1st night and staff refused.

⭐️ Very Disappointing Stay – AC Not Working We stayed at Canadian Hotel King George in Surrey, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The AC in our room was not working throughout the night. The person staying with me had a health issue, and it was extremely difficult for us to spend the entire night without proper air conditioning. We informed the hotel staff, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any proper solution or alternative room. We had to spend the whole night in an uncomfortable and unhealthy environment. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and support from the hotel. I hope management takes this issue seriously and makes sure other guests do not have to go through the same experience.

Cleanliness was questionable. We checked into our room, but the room had not been cleaned yet. We returned to the lobby and they were able to get housekeeping there promptly, which was good. The room was cleaned, but still struck me as old and not maintained. They have a rodent problem. There was a kitchenette, but there was debris under the sink which was either dirt or droppings, not sure. There are no restaurants nearby, so we had to uber-eats our meals. It was just for a one-night stay, so it was fine enough, but would not do again.

Not recommended!! Although the location was near to our venue, we had no idea that this hotel was in such a sketchy part of the city and we found that out from the second we checked in. There was a man that was high out of his mind that was in the parking lot and he followed us into the property. The young man at the desk said he was in process of calling the police. Come to find out, the guy was a customer of the hotel and had a room there! We saw multiple ppl who looked super drunk or high on drugs that were staying there! Room size was decent but there was a brown stain on the bedspread and some staining on the towels. The water did not drain in the tub when we showered, and the tub was just dirty in appearance. We asked to be moved to another room but the guy said the only other room available was in the older part and not as nice. The housekeeper came to try to unclog the tub drain. We later realized that it wouldn’t drain because the tub bottom was probably warped and bent in a way that didn’t allow water to flow towards the drain! Parking not allowed in the front. And the lot in the back was atrocious. Positives: air con worked great and the bed was comfortable.

Very disappointing experience. There was no staff available when we arrived, and when someone finally came, they gave us keys without explaining where the room was. The room was in a separate building on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which was very difficult for my mom. The key didn’t work because it wasn’t activated properly. When we finally entered, the room was dirty, smelled bad, and the bedsheets and bathroom were not properly cleaned. Staff were also difficult to find during checkout. Overall, a terrible experience and definitely would not stay here again.

We booked the ac room and that was thing we were not provided with. AC kept on turning off after 2 minutes we try to plug out n plug in. We complaint it to different staff members but nothing was resolved. One of them was really rude and manager wasn’t available either and that same guy kept on insisting to enter our room at 2 am which is really awful, pathetic and mannerless. We were not able to sleep properly for all 3 nights. Also we didn’t put the do not disturb outside the room , so housekeeping entered in our room without us being notified by hotel staff which is so uncomfortable. Worst experience ever. Book accordingly your trip so that your plans will not be ruined as ours just because of a hotel we decided to stay in.
