Comfy and Convenient

We enjoyed our short stay in Surrey. The space was comfortable, the hosts responsive, and the location conveniently located to access the wedding venues we attended by Uber. The setting is beautiful and close to walking paths in nearby parks. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at this place was a very positive experience,hosts are great ,excellent communicators and respectful,they responded quickly when we had any questions .place was very clean and they thought of every little detail to make their guests feel welcomed and comfortable.As a woman traveling with little kids and an elderly parent we felt safe here ,neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.I can not say enough good things about the host Michael T ,very helpful person,you can book this place without hesitation,transportation was fairly easy,reasonable distance to everything ,I would stay here again :)

Nice Place to Stay

Overall our stay was good and comfortable. The property was nice and the locations we needed to go to were very close. It is on a main road so there is a little traffic noise and we had a small hiccup when we first arrived with the wrong door code being communicated. Our only major issue was that they did laundry all night long and the laundry machines were downstairs next to where we were sleeping which was a little disruptive. Overall a good stay.

Great stay for visiting Vancouver

This property was eveeything that we needed for our family vacation to Vancouver. The space was clean, with enough room to fit two adults, and three teenagers. It is close to bus routes and sky train stations. You can park at Surrey central station, and ride all the way into downtown Vancouver. It is also right across the street from a huge park, that has lots of walking trails and playgrounds. Micheal is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again if returning to the area.

Fun weekend with son and grandkids

We had a lovely stay and Michael was a wonderful host. He communicated really well, was responsive and helpful. Directions were clear, it was easy to find, and parking was great. Check in was easy. The suite is spacious, clean, very comfortable and well supplied. There were even some goodies included, like tea, coffee, biscuits, etc that were very much appreciated. There is a beautiful park across the street with playgrounds. The grandchildren loved staying at the Thien May house and we were all wishing we had longer.

Amazing Stay in Surrey - Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Surrey! The place was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained. With two comfortable bedrooms, a convenient kitchen, and a cozy family room, it felt like a home away from home. The parking space on the property was a great convenience, and the location was perfect with easy access to routes leading to Vancouver, New Westminster, and other surrounding areas. We especially appreciated the beautiful park right across the street, which provided a lovely spot for a morning walk. Our host, Michael, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I’m particularly thankful that he let us know when my daughter accidentally left our car running in the driveway—such attentiveness and care made all the difference! The check-in and check-out procedures were crystal clear and easy to follow, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Surrey, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Vancouver Adventures

The property was just as described. Two bedrooms, 1 bath, a livingroom and kitchen/dining area. It was clean and furnished. Beds were comfortable. The Murphy bed allows for extra sleeping space but that bed is not as comfortable. Best for kids or 1 adult. The property faces a busy street but has a back entrance and on site parking. The property is located in Surrey an upscale suburb of Vancouver. Less than 3 kilometers from the Skytrain. We rented a car but also used Skytrain to explore the city. Michael the landlord was easy to reach on the WhatsApp and responded quickly. Glitches were solved quickly in real time. We were 3 older, adult women, friends vacationing together. Very pleased and Highly Recommend.

Overall very happy with our stay here. It's very spacious and clean. Very easy to communicate with the host Michael as he is very responsive, as evident prior to our arrival and during our stay. The kitchen is supplied with all the utensils and cooking equipment you'd need to cook a light meal, enjoy tea, make breakfast etc. No issues with parking. Location is across the street from a beautiful park that has a really nice garden and several playgrounds. Easily accessible to grocery stores, dining options, etc. We did have an issue with one of the beds the first night and communicated that to him (unfortunately not something that could be fixed right away). Will also note that there seemed to be the sound of water running consistently, but maybe that was coming from upstairs. Other than the sound, no impact on our stay.

Overcharged and near zero amenities

Me and four of my friends stayed at this vrbo over a 2 night period when we were up in Canada for the weekend mountain biking. Upon arrival the place was clean and tidy but when we went to sleep the place that had said fit five people had three beds and no extra blankets for someone to sleep on the couch the closet was stocker with only 3 or four towels still not enough for five people. We were charged extra for the use of the Murphy bed in the place which took them no extra charge to let us use. There was a washer and dryer but we were not allowed the use of it unless we payed and extra 5-10 dollars. Communication was difficult my messages through vrbo were not sending and the lady was somewhat responsive and helpful but really was not able to help us with much. Then after out stay we were charged extra for damaged towels which we had gotten dirty this was a 20 dollar charge for 3 towels which had only been slightly discolored in portions and could have likely been clean with bleach or a quick wash overall very bad experience and would not recommend staying here.

Property was equipped with what we needed, it wasn’t close to downtown Vancouver, but bus stop close bye. We were able to do our laundry which was helpful. Kitchen equipped with all you need, it is a bit tired looking but overall fine. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
