Told there was valet, but there’s no real on-site parking — ended up wasting 30 minutes finding a space myself. Staff presentation was poor (one concierge visibly dishevelled and stained shirt). Room was unacceptable: No TV, no internet, no working phone Dirty towels Basic items missing Reported issues — nothing fixed. Overall, service was appalling. Won’t return."

The bloke at reception had an awful attitude from hello, he was the rudest host I have ever dealt with and the female at reception was no better. I suggest finding a different career than hospitality ... WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!"
