"The room was wonderful, very spacious and clean. The breakfast every morning was amazing. The location was also great. All the staff was very kind and courteous, except for the young lady at check out time. "

"We arrived a bit early and John was able to accommodate early check in for us which was amazing after driving all night to get there. The room was big and clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and one of the best I’ve stayed in. The view was breathtaking to say the least. We had a mountain room (1416) and I could have just looked at the view all day. Heads up though, if the sun is shining don’t have anything in the path of the light or it will heat up (who doesn’t love warm cookies 😅) the bartender was very friendly and made the best Bloody Mary I’ve had in a long time. If you are wondering if you should stay you should. Free trolleys into town with the best view is a no brainer. "

"Pics are misleading. Very run downed. Staff was excellent—- but hot tub although warm, no bubbles. Pool area was dirty. Kids running up and down the hall at all hours and the slamming of the doors can be heard all not long. The hotel needs a lot of renovations. Staff was friendly and very helpless. Best part of hotel "

"The room was above and beyond neat and clean. On the second day a lady came to clean the room. Since we were leaving the next morning we told her it wasn't necessary. She did however refill our coffee."
