The hotel was in a convenient location and was nicely decorated. The balcony was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit dirty and dingey and half the TV channels didn't work. Overall, I would recommend and I would stay again.

Rapids go past balcony. Lights at nite. If you cant sleep with sounds ask for room away from rapids. We enjoyed it. Host Vanessa was great!

The Bear Creek Inn was a great find for our visit to the Great Smokey Mountains National Park! Quiet and right next to a small creek. Our room had a balcony overlooking the creek, which was a great place to unwind after a day of hiking in the park. The staff was very friendly and super helpful during our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Gatlinburg. And check out the pizzaria next door!

This hotel is very close, comfortable, convenient to the gatlinburg area. The staff is friendly and welcoming I have stayed several times under different reasons business and with my kids and grandchildren. For the price on the river it’s great!
