hotel was great for the location. in walking distance to the strip and other businesses on the East Parkway side of everything. i did see a giant roach on the ceiling of the room that did freak me out, but all things considered, this hotel is great for the location, but i would maybe consider staying elsewhere or in Pigeon Forge if roaches are a concern to you and your family.

The hotel's location is perfect for walking to downtown. However, the floor in our room was very dirty, and the shower water was not hot enough. The river view was beautiful, and we even got to see a bear, which was an amazing experience! However, I believe the hotel staff could do a better job maintaining the surrounding outdoor areas to make the river view even more enjoyable. Overall, the location and river view were definitely the highlights of our stay, but the cleanliness and maintenance could use some improvement.

Loved the location its within walking distance to gatlinburg Main Street, the balcony with view to the creek was beautiful. Room was very clean but needs some renovations. Overall would come back but wouldn’t recommend needs to be renovated.

Creek view was peaceful. Wasp in the bathroom. Socks were black walking around on the floor. Dog hair on the comforter. Bathroom floor smelled like urine. Good location, can walk to downtown Gatlinburg.

The balcony with the view of the creek was the selling point for us. I spent so much time sitting out there listening to the creek and enjoying the fresh air. I also appreciated the freezer in the mini fridge. It was easy to walk to the main Gatlinburg strip and attractions.
