We booked this on a very short notice as we had planned to leave the area, but ended up staying. The desk staff was AMAZING to us. Made us feel right to home, asked if we needed anything. We found our room and we were stunned at how CLEAN AND COMFY it was. Best nights sleep we have had in days! The area was quiet and well maintained. Water pressure was perfect, towels were soft and clean and checkout was simple. Would TOTALLY STAY AGAIN.

I thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay. It was so quaint and relaxing. Bed was super comfy. Shower was fantastic. The room was perfect for what I needed for my stay. Enjoyed the Titanic Museum. I will stay here again real soon. I live in Knoxville and enjoy getaways once a month!

We arrived and went into the office to check in. Staff were very friendly and check in was very easy. Our room was clean but it was different than what it looked like when we booked, but thankfully that wasn’t really an issue for us. Overall pretty clean and we didn’t have any issues. For the price I paid, I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was very clean and welcoming! Bed was comfortable although the pillows were a little thick. The room had everything you need - the shampoo and body wash were top notch! The unit's air conditioner was a little loud but kept the room cold. We would definitely stay here again when we need overnight accommodations traveling north. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is an older basic hotel. The bed was very comfortable and everything was there that you needed. The air conditioner kept us cool. There was a little bit of a stale odor when we first came into the room. I think having the air conditioner on did help that however.

The reviews for this Inn and rating I put some trust In but it did not live up to the hype. I paid 400 for 3 nights during Columbus weekend so I was cautiously optimistic with a 9 rating. It’s definitely dated, beds were not the most comfortable, AC blasted in your face as you sleep, old fixtures, appliances, furniture, doors, etc. water was scalding or freezing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, need more better parking but over all it was nice sad that the pool cleaner don't come on the weekends but staff was great helpful rooms little small but not bad for the $$$ didn't like being on the 2nd floor it don't say where your room is when you book online but other then that I give it a 4 star last min stay I would stay again its far from the main areas downtown close to Walmart that's nice!!!

Very outdated and needed a clean. Lots of beetles/bugs in room. Sheets were very old and stained. Uncomfortable pillows and air conditioner was very loud so we didn't sleep well. Staff were polite.
