Had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom apartment for a birthday trip with my siblings! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and the spa. Plenty of beds so everyone had their own, and the space was comfortable and well-equipped. Would definitely stay again!

Our group of 5 were very happy and comfortable during our stay at this condo. The listing is accurate and the accommodations are pleasant and comfortable. Impromptu getaway to the Newport area and this ‘Penthouse on Thames’ was perfect! It was our 2nd time staying in a Yachting Village rental. It’s a great location for enjoying all that Newport has to offer. It was exactly as described. It was bright, clean, well stocked and a good space for our family of 4. Holiday getaway

My young adult daughters and I spent a few days at this lovely place to catch up and spend time together. Once we parked the car we didn’t need it for our entire stay. We enjoyed the cliff walk, area restaurants, and shopping. The location of this place was perfect. There was plenty of room for all three of us. It was well stocked with keurig pods for the mornings. Plenty of towels. Comfy beds with super soft cozy blankets. We would totally stay there again. Thank you Matt and Ryan.

Awesome location! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. Nice big open floorplan - lots of natural light! Perfect set up for our stay! Prior to check in we received a very detailed welcome book w/ all the information we needed during our stay; check-in/check-out instructions, etc. We had trouble w/ the code getting into the unit (our fault) and Matt responded within minutes. We had a great weekend and worked perfectly! Highly recommend!!
