Had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom apartment for a birthday trip with my siblings! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and the spa. Plenty of beds so everyone had their own, and the space was comfortable and well-equipped. Would definitely stay again!

Our group of 5 were very happy and comfortable during our stay at this condo. The listing is accurate and the accommodations are pleasant and comfortable. The hosts have clearly worked to make renting this property easy and enjoyable. It is a bit outside of the downtown area, but not a bad walk on a nice day.

Definitely walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants. The place was nice and spacious, very clean. They had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. TVs were easy to use. Overall, a great stay!
Lovely stay right on Thames, walkable to tons of bars, restaurants and shops. Also walkable to the Newport Cliff Walk (.8 mile, if that's walkable for you). Solid beds with comfortable mattresses in both bedrooms!! Clean apartment with beautiful decor. We'll be back!
Impromptu getaway to the Newport area and this ‘Penthouse on Thames’ was perfect! It was our 2nd time staying in a Yachting Village rental. It’s a great location for enjoying all that Newport has to offer. It was exactly as described. It was bright, clean, well stocked and a good space for our family of 4. Hope to come back for a longer stay next time!
My young adult daughters and I spent a few days at this lovely place to catch up and spend time together. Once we parked the car we didn’t need it for our entire stay. We enjoyed the cliff walk, area restaurants, and shopping. The location of this place was perfect. There was plenty of room for all three of us. It was well stocked with keurig pods for the mornings. Plenty of towels. Comfy beds with super soft cozy blankets. We would totally stay there again. Thank you Matt and Ryan.
Awesome location! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. Nice big open floorplan - lots of natural light! Perfect set up for our stay! Prior to check in we received a very detailed welcome book w/ all the information we needed during our stay; check-in/check-out instructions, etc. We had trouble w/ the code getting into the unit (our fault) and Matt responded within minutes. We had a great weekend and worked perfectly! Highly recommend!!
The PH was very clean and presented well. However, there were no black out blinds so everyone in every room were woken by the sunlight first thing in the morning.
This is a great find. The unit is as advertised in the description and pics. It's in a great area, and feels very safe. Everything for eating, shopping and touring is very walkable. The hosts are very responsive. We would definitely book there again.
Everything about this rental was great! The decor is bright and lovely - and the place was immaculate. Our host was very responsive. Would definitely go back! Only one consideration for those that have mobility issues - there are two flights of stairs to get to the apartment.
