The room was clean. The hotel was accommodating and moved us to a location that was closer to the wedding venue. Super easy to walk downtown and over to the Cliff Walk! Definitely recommend.

Otillia was great upon our arrival and check-in was very smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. It is centrally located to downtown. Parking can be a challenge but they are always willing to help

In Newport for 2 days and thoroughly enjoyed this 1700’s B/B. The room was comfy and clean. The location is perfect for exploring town, the pier or catching a trolley!

Bed squeaked, cheap mattress, the bathroom needs renovation- at least new showerhead, window unit for cooling worked fine. Dissapointed - the mainthing going for this inn is the location- central easy walk to everything
