Lakehouse Estate is on 3 acres with private lake

  • Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

    Nestled in between farms Lakehouse Estate is only a few hundreds meters from Phillip Island main road and a km to both surf beaches and quiet back beaches. Parties and events are not allowed

    Whether it be a walk around the lake, curling up on the huge reading chair, hitting the gym or shooting hoops we have no doubt you'll be able to find your own enjoyable space.

Great family trip to Phillip Island. Property was stunning. Adults and kids had a ball. Close to everything on the island and plenty to do at the house. Would definitely stay again

We used the house for an executive retreat which was perfect for interacting but also gave us space to ourselves and our own rooms. The house was well maintained and beautiful views. The host Steve was excellent and responded to any queries promptly.

We had a lovely stay at Lakehouse Estate. The property is amazing. Very modern and spacious - plenty of room for us all to enjoy and it has everything you could possibly need. Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom and the beds were so comfortable. A great area outside to relax or play and an easy drive to the beach. We would certainly stay here again next time we are in the area.

Excellent property

This place was perfect for our family of 12. The five children spent hours and hours on the ground trampoline, and also playing on the boats in the lake. Steve was very responsive for the odd issue which arose, and was very easy to deal with. He gave us some good hints about places to go. All told a great success.

Family birthday weekend

The family decided we had to have a 70th bday for dad,( Pa. ) Chose this property after a lot of pouring over property listings. It ended up being perfect for our group. The lake was a huge hit with the kids and adults. Advice from property manager on beach day was spot on.
