"Apartment is in a great location and is very secure after you work out how to get in. Very basic. Quite stark decor. No smart tv and remote was broken. Kettle leaked water. Good wifi tho. Apartment was superficially clean however the carpets are old and the shower has mould. A couple of blinds were broken. It’s good to stay if you’re not looking for anything refined but don’t expect any extras at all. Sheets on bed were very thin but beds were comfy. I’d definitely take your own pillow...

"It was nice that, having arrived an hour before the formal check-in time, we were able to go straight to the room - that meant we were able to get to the beach much more easily - something that was especially useful given that the next day was rained out. Otherwise the room was fine - functional, neat and tidy without being a wow room - but that wasn't what we were looking for - it's not the sort of room you'd want to spend hours in (though we did have a drink one night and that went well) but the location of the hotel is its greatest selling point."
