Absolutely no parking- annoying having to park a couple of hundred metres away and drag luggage....then faced with stairs to get the bags up. Over priced, substandard beds, no lamps, nowhere to sit and have a coffee or read a book. Towels were stained, floors stained and dirty. Has potential though!!

Location was good with plenty of eateries within walking distance. Room was spacious for what we had. Not enough power outlets in the room or rather the set up of our room’s desk was on the complete opposite end of the power outlet.

Great location but found used personal lubricant bottle and other rubbish just under edge of bed - kicked it as approached bed - disgusting. Emailed the apartments but no response. Need to up their cleaning game.

Staff were not aware or familiar of the property they were supplying their information from a cheat sheet and did not vary from it. There were not able to provide parking info except a street name of where there was council parking (limited) location of property on the main street so had to constantly move the car/s. Parking was 15 min, 30 kins, 2 hours until 5pm. Lifts not working, does not accommodate for more than 1 night stay, had to find out where to take rubbish and recyclables. Buy own garbage bags, dishwashing liquid and there was no toaster. It must be generally occupied by young adults particular like the 1am, 2am. 3.30am, 4am and 5.30am wake up calls with patrons banging on our door drunk not remembering what room they were in, certainly not suitable for families or young children (up to 12). Text messages from virtual reception were delayed and took several attempts. Although the room was good to sleep in and bathroom was decent. I know that this is not the best place to stay again for our needs.

You can request for the microwave but it's subject to availability. Our rooms are self-catered. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. Apart from that, items are to be purchased by the guests. With the parking, Studios on Beaumont only offers street parking and it shows that our team had suggested that you check council park parking. We are sorry again for your experience. Definitely not a good choice for families or the elderly. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. But all other aspects of this property were less than satisfactory for us. The front door code didn’t work so I had to phone to get a new code. The lift was out of order so access is up a very steep flight of stairs which was a real issue for my 93 year old mother. The apartments are above a restaurant precinct and the loud music from the bar below didn’t stop until 11.30pm on a Tuesday night.

Poor customer service, couldn’t check in on time (2pm) due to no access and no response so we were left out on the street with our bags and no where to go. We were very late to a pre-planned event we had tickets to, all due to incompetence and organisation from the very start with this place. Sadly disappointed, dissatisfied and a waste of my money.

Nothing fancy. Frustrated with lack of communication and time of replying when booking in. There was no mention of parking only in a busy street and having to climb a long staircase. The bathroom had no towel rails and no hand rail in the shower floor was very slippery when wet. Certainly did not live up to the sound of its name.

I couldn't sleep. The bed smelled like rotten cheese the pillows were old and the bed was lumpy.

Great location for an overnight in Newcastle. The room was very clean and comfortable, although the mattress wasn't as high quality as you'd expect. Linen etc was excellent.

There was cockroaches entry was confusing phone number on the door didn’t work the first few times tv had issues with network wifi was crud ended up using mobile net overall poor performance and the bed was all spring but no support 😅

For the price & location this property was very good. The only thing was- I can only assume it was the cleaner trying to enter the apartment at 9.45. When we said our checkout was 10am. Feel like privacy was violated as it was 2 young women & one was in the bathroom. Please pass on to whoever it was, that this is not acceptable.

When I got there the property seemed really nice but then when I went to have a shower there was black mould all over the walls and when I turn the lights off to go to sleep it was like daylight in my bedroom because the door was just a big window it definitely needs a blind over it

Overall, simple but effective property. Have stayed previously with no complaint. This particular room had a broken shower (water) handle. The room door was also opaque and let bright light in throughout the night. I woke up at 1:30am thinking it was 6:30am. Needs a blind or something.

I gave this to my daughter as we were unable to stay. She said the mould in the shower was terrible. She had trouble getting in with the instructions and it seemed unsafe. I then had to find her emergency accommodation as it was her birthday. So she was there for 1hr and left the premises. Very disappointed.

Dont understand why the front door of the apartment is frosted. It allows light to come through all night making it difficult to sleep, room doesnt get dark also when people walk past the automatic lights come on causing light to come into the room. I will never book here again just for that reason.

Great no contact option, got lucky with the parking thank god, but found the locals a bit edgy got asked three times in 10 minutes for a hand out one right on the doorstep of the apartment.
