Good, nice, clean hotel, healthy and filling breakfast, well maintained room and bathroom. No complaints about the property - it’s very good and well priced. The area is sketchy, be careful during hours of darkness, be sensible; subway less than ten minutes walk away. Travel into Manhattan very easy.

My stay here was a very unique situation. I was not on vacation. I stayed here because my daughter had been discharged from hospital after surgery and we wanted a calm non-chaotic environment for her to do her first week of recuperation. Christina and Walter the front desk staff couldn't be any better. I would give them an A+ plus. I dealt with Christina before I checked in arranging for the appropriate room for my stay and Walter was at the hotel every single day that I was there and just gave the best service, always with a smile always pleasant, always helpful and always happy to help. The front desk staff really made this a great stay.
