My room had now window unit so it was freezing overnight. Also did not have a coffee maker or a tv. I contacted Expedia about this and they only gave me $3 which I never even got. It’s insulting. I wasn’t expecting a 5 start hotel but basic things like a heating unit, coffee maker and tv which are in the listing, should be available.

No window, loud fan and ac, dirty floor(tiles), very small tiny room, dirty shelves and drawer(coffee cup markings and dirty tissues in the drawer), oddly bathroom and loud inappropriate next door. Suspicious dark lighted environment. Not recommended at all.

I requested towels and trash to be taken out on the second day, and when I went to use the "new" towels they provided I saw there was a small brown spot. I thought it was a bug at first until I smelled it and it was very obviously human feces. My friend showed the front attendant the towel and all they did was give us another towel set.

The property itself is ok, staff was nice, room size is average, but had maintenance issues. The shower leaked around the edges at the base and water got all over the floor and got my luggage with clothes inside wet. The key card had to be reprogrammed everyday we got back and the heater wasn’t keeping the temperature the first night and we were pretty cold all night.

Its freezing outside and inside the room therè was no heat. I went to front desk to ask for extra blanket no one ever came. The room is at 58 degrees no matter what temperature you set. No TV since check in. Power on on one side of bed in the whole room. To top it off the room hasn't been kept up to date. Curtains dirty and you cam see the filth. Desk and chair peeling. I am in NY for my brother's funeral and was looking to have a nice experience as I live in NC. But this is insane. Can't sleep too cold

The staff was nice and the room for the most part was clean. But they definitely need to update the furniture and do a better job cleaning the shower. Also replace the pillows.

Its a club masquerading as a hotel
One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. This place wants to be a club more than it wants to be a hotel with hospitality service. First of all the rooms are tore up with scratches and damage everywhere. Then simple amenities like ice and a microwave you have to go downstairs for. That's IF the microwave is still plugged in because at a certain point, to satisfy their club goers they unplug the ONE ass microwave that's available. I got offered for them to heat my food but I would like to be able to oversee the reheating of my own food. The light situation in the room is wild, you need ypur room card to just simply light a room and its more inconvenient than it sounds, like I've never seen before in my life and I spend literally half of my life right now in hotels. No refrigerators in the rooms. The rooms are beaten and worn, no convenient power outlets, AND no HDMI plugs in the TVs. Bruh, minus roaches, this is the worst hotel stay I've experienced in a while.

Service and staff were great. Rooms were old with lots of marks and rust. Bed sheets had stains and didn’t fit the bed properly. Comfortable bed and working amenities though If wanting to visit the city, would recommend staying closer as the subway commute was long from this area

Very nice and safe area. The room and surrounding areas were clean. Unfortunately you can hear eveything going on outside. All the honking and sirens and the bed was very uncomfortable. This hotel is great for one night. I wouldn't recommend staying multiple nights.

Everything was great except every time we left property with our room key, it never worked again. Every day, multiple times a day we had to get our room key cards re-done. It got to the point where we wouldn't even go up to our room and try it first, we jist had it re-done when we got to the hotel. HUGE inconvenience and frustrating but other than that, it was a great place to stay.
